Clarebout Group (“we” or “the company”) is one of the largest private label players for frozen fries worldwide.

1.2 All these legal entities are separate and independent legal entities. Neither of the legal entities is liable for the acts/negligences of the other legal entities.

1.4 Under an intragroup agreement, Clarebout applies Potatoes as the principal controller, which determines the purposes and means of cross-border processing activities for all personal data processed in the context of the Clarebout Group’s activities.

This will be the case in particular if one of the following periods is longer: (i) as long as necessary for the activity or service in question; (ii) the legally required retention period; or (iii) the limitation period within which legal proceedings can be initiated.
